The order process at K1shop

How to place an order at K1shop

 

1. Add your product to your shopping cart

- Go to your product and click 'add to cart’
- Your products will be placed in "my cart". you can find your cart at the top on the right side
- Are you done shopping? click on the button "checkout" to continue

2. Personal information

To finish your order we need some personal information that are neccesary.

 

Allready have an account at K1shop?

Please login with your email address and password on the right side of the page. Offcourse you don't need to fill in your personal information again.

First time buying products at k1shop?

If it is the first time buying products at K1shop you have the option to checkout as guest and to create an account. Creating an account goes automaticly if you fill in your personal information. The advantages of having an account at K1shop is that you are able to checkout faster if you buy products at k1shop again. Your information will be kept secured and will not be used for other purposes. 

 

3. Select shipping method

We automaticly provide you the shipping options. Here you can select your shipping method. Price is based upon the weight of the products.

 

4. Choose your payment type

Choose your payment method how you want to pay, you can choose the following payment options:

• iDeal (only available for Banks in the Netherlands)
• Creditcard (not in all countries)
• Wire transfer
• Paypal 
• And many more

 

5. Complete your order

Check your order again if everything is OK. Please also read the Terms and conditions and check the checkbox if you agree with our terms. Click "place order" to finish the order completely. You will receive an email confirmation with your order.

 

6. Did you choos for wire transfer?

Please not that it can take serveral days before the payment has been received on our bank account. Note: always add your order number when you transfer the money.
