These gloves are suitable for a beginning and avarage kickboxer and thaiboxer

K1shop advise:
When you want to use a boxing glove in gym for either sparring or pads we recommend for adults to buy gloves with a minimum of 12oz for youth we recommend a minimum of 6oz.
After the training we recommend you to put the gloves somewhere to dry.. Make sure the velcro is open and the enviroment is not cold or moist. An boxing glove can last for about 1 year if you train 2 to 3 times weekly. After a 10 to 12 months we recommend you to renew your gloves because the stuffing is getting thinner after using them alot, another reason is to protect your wrist and your sparring partners body/face.
