These shinguards are suitable for a beginning, avarage and professional kickboxer and thaiboxer.

After the training we recommend you to put the shinguards somewhere to dry after the training. Make sure the enviroment is not cold or moist. A shinguard has no padding that will get thinner and therefore the lifetime of a shinguard will be very long untill they are broken.
