After the training we recommend you to put the gloves somewhere to dry.. Make sure the velcro is open and the enviroment is not cold or moist.
An MMA glove can last for about 1 year if you train 2 to 3 times weekly. After 10 to 12 months we recommend you to renew your gloves because the stuffing is getting thinner after using them alot, another reason is to protect your knuckles and your sparring partners body/face.
