14 day return possibility 

Due to the law in the Netherlands called 'Kopen op Afstand' you have the right to return your delivered goods within 14day without giving any reason. The only requirement is that the goods are absolutly not used. 

If you return your goods you need to pay for the shipping costs. Please send us an email and please put in your order number so that we know that the package is being returned. Please also give us a note if you like to exchange the products for something else of if you want your money back.

Returns are at your own risk, We can not held responsible when your returned goods are not delivered to our address. Please make sure the goods are packed properly.  

How to return your products?

Returning your goods is easy!

- Return your goods within 14 days this will be on your own costs.
- If your products is in it's warranty period or due to a wrong shipment this will be free.

Please make sure the package is sealed properly and the goods protected to make sure nothing will break.
